How to enter听

You can enter 番茄社区StudyPerth Agent Survey Competition, May 2025 (hereafter called 番茄社区Promotion) by completing and submitting 番茄社区StudyPerth Agent Survey at 番茄社区following link, , during 番茄社区entry period (an "Entry"). There will be one prize of an AUD$250 Gift Card or Bank Transfer.听

1. Promoter 听
   1. The promoter is Perth Education City Inc. (ABN 76 842 611 690) (鈥淪tudyPerth鈥�), 555 Wellington Street, Perth WA 6000. Telephone number: +61 (8) 6244 1640.
2. Eligibility and How to Enter听
   1. To be eligible for entry into 番茄社区Promotion, you must satisfy 番茄社区following eligibility criteria:听
      1. Be an Education Agent.听
      2. Submit one (1) valid entry, which is achieved by completing 番茄社区Agent Survey in full and submitting it.听听
      3. Contact information must be included in 番茄社区survey submission, including First Name, Last Name, Company, and Email Address.听
      4. Only one entry per person. 听
      5. Accept and comply with all these conditions. 听
   2. Employees and immediate family members of StudyPerth and Members of StudyPerth are not eligible to enter 番茄社区Promotion.听
3. Entry Period
   1. The promotion will run from 11am Wednesday 7th May 2025 until 11am Wednesday 18th June 2025. All times are GMT+8 Australian Western Standard Time. (鈥淓ntry Period鈥�).听
   2. StudyPerth reserves 番茄社区right to extend 番茄社区entry period if 番茄社区number of survey results obtained by 番茄社区end date are deemed insufficient.
4. Entry Fee
   1. There is no entry fee to participate in this Promotion.
5. Prize
   1. There is one (1) prize: a gift card or bank transfer to 番茄社区value of AUD$250.
   2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
   3. StudyPerth鈥檚 decision regarding 番茄社区Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.听
6. Winner Selection
   1. This Promotion is a game of chance. The survey respondents will be entered into a random selector and one (1) winner will be selected after 11am Wednesday 11th June 2025 (AWST time).
   2. The Winner will be notified via 番茄社区email address nominated by 番茄社区respondent in 番茄社区survey. If StudyPerth is unable to get in contact with 番茄社区Winner before Friday 27th June 2025, 番茄社区Winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit 番茄社区Prize.
   3. You acknowledge and agree that 番茄社区decision by StudyPerth to accept, reject or disqualify an Entry is at StudyPerth鈥檚 sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.听
7. To redeem 番茄社区Prize
   1. To redeem 番茄社区prize, 番茄社区Winner must respond to StudyPerth's notification email before Friday 27th June 2025.听
   2. If 番茄社区Winner is based in Australia, they will receive a AUD$250 Virtual Gift Card, which will be sent to 番茄社区Winner's email address.听
   3. If 番茄社区Winner is based outside of Australia, and it is not possible to send a Virtual Gift Card, then StudyPerth will send 番茄社区AUD$250 prize via bank transfer. In order to send 番茄社区prize money, 番茄社区Winner will need to provide 番茄社区following details:听
      1. Full name of 番茄社区account holder
      2. Bank name
      3. Bank account number
      4. Country
      5. City
      6. Address
      7. Postcode
      8. IBAN
      9. Swift number
         If 番茄社区above details are not provided, then StudyPerth will not be able to go ahead with 番茄社区bank transfer and 番茄社区Winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit 番茄社区prize.听
   4. If StudyPerth is unable to get in contact with 番茄社区Winner before Friday 27th June 2025, 番茄社区Winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit 番茄社区Prize.听
8. Privacy
   1. StudyPerth collects personal information about you to conduct 番茄社区promotion and, where appropriate, to award a prize. StudyPerth will collect, use, and disclose your personal Information in accordance with its privacy policy. If you do not provide 番茄社区personal Information requested, StudyPerth will be unable to accept your entry (and StudyPerth will refuse or reject 番茄社区Entry) and you will be unable to participate in 番茄社区promotion. You can gain access to, update or correct your personal Information held by StudyPerth by contacting StudyPerth at marketing@studyperth.com.au.鈥�听
   2. All Personal Information will be stored electronically in systems utilised by StudyPerth. A copy of StudyPerth鈥檚 Privacy Policy may be obtained at: /privacy-policy/ or by contacting StudyPerth on marketing@studyperth.com.au.鈥�听
9. Disqualification
   1. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.听听
   2. StudyPerth reserves 番茄社区right, at any time, in its sole discretion, to verify 番茄社区validity of Entries and your eligibility (including your identity, age, place of residence, student visa status, institution enrolment) and StudyPerth reserves 番茄社区right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify you if StudyPerth has reason to believe you have breached any of these Terms, tampered with 番茄社区entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of 番茄社区Promotion. StudyPerth's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are 番茄社区.鈥�听听
10. Liability
    1. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including 番茄社区Non-Excludable Guarantees, StudyPerth and its related entities (including its respective directors, officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any Loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:听
       1. Any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by StudyPerth) due to any reason beyond 番茄社区reasonable control of StudyPerth;听
       2. any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms;鈥�听
       3. any tax liability incurred by a beneficiary of a Prize (including you and any other Prize Recipient);鈥�听
       4. use/taking of 番茄社区Prize; or鈥�听
       5. 番茄社区Promotion.鈥�听
11. Changes and Termination
    1. StudyPerth reserves 番茄社区right to amend or terminate 番茄社区competition at any time.听
    2. Participants will be notified of any such changes.听
12. Governing Law
    1. These Terms shall be governed by 番茄社区laws of Western Australia, and you agree to submit to 番茄社区non-exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australia.鈥�听
    2. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify 番茄社区statutory consumer guarantees as provided under 番茄社区Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under 番茄社区Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in 番茄社区states and territories of Australia (collectively, 番茄社区鈥淣on-Excludable Guarantees鈥�).鈥�听听
    3. Failure by StudyPerth to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.鈥�听听
    4. Condition 16 for trade promotion lotteries requires that: 鈥淚f practicable, members of 番茄社区public must be given 番茄社区opportunity to witness 番茄社区prize draw. If that is not practicable, audit records confirming 番茄社区prize draw must be made available to an authorised officer or member of 番茄社区Police Force on request.鈥濃��听
    5. Accordingly, unless it is impracticable (such as due to COVID-19 restrictions etc.) to do so, 番茄社区selection must be open to attendance by members of 番茄社区general public.
13. Definitions
    1. In these Terms:
       1. 鈥淚ntellectual Property Rights鈥� means all present and future rights of whatever nature anywhere in 番茄社区world including, but not limited to, rights in respect of or in connection with copyright, inventions (including patents), trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, designs, confidential information, trade secrets and know-how and similar industrial, commercial and intellectual property rights, whether or not registered or registrable, and includes 番茄社区right to apply for 番茄社区registration of such rights, and whether existing in Australia or otherwise.鈥�听听
       2. 鈥淟aws鈥� means all laws including rules of common law, principles of equity, statutes, regulations, proclamations, ordinances, by-laws, rules, regulatory principles and requirements, statutory rules of an industry body, statutory mandatory codes of conduct, writs, orders, injunctions, judgments, and generally accepted accounting principles in Australia.鈥�听听
       3. 鈥淟osses鈥� means loss, damage, liability, charge, expense or cost (including all reasonable legal and other professional costs on a full indemnity basis) of any nature or kind.鈥�听听
       4. 鈥淧ersonal Information鈥� means, for 番茄社区purpose of 番茄社区Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether 番茄社区information or opinion is true or not and whether 番茄社区information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.鈥�听听
       5. 鈥淲inner鈥� means, for a major Prize, you or 番茄社区other individual whom you invite to join with you in enjoying 番茄社区benefit of 番茄社区major Prize.鈥�听听
