About Me:聽

My name is Anh Thu Nguyen and I'm originally from Vietnam. I'm studying a Bachelor of Commerce at Curtin University, majoring in Human Resource Management.

I'm an avid foodie, and I thrive on discovering new cuisines, experimenting with recipes, and sharing meals with friends. Beyond 番茄社区kitchen, I'm also a hiker and find joy in conquering trails and soaking in 番茄社区beauty of nature, especially 番茄社区beaches. As a lover of languages, I enjoy learning about different cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life. Their vibrant curiosity makes every day an opportunity for discovery and growth.

Why I Chose WA:聽

Perth has been my dream destination since I was in high school. While Perth may not have 番茄社区cosmopolitan vibe of Sydney or 番茄社区cultural scene of Melbourne, it offers me a laidback and relaxed atmosphere, which is just what I need for my studies and lifestyle.

The city is surrounded by beautiful beaches and parks. Whether it's picnicking at Cottesloe Beach with friends or hiking in Kings Park, there's always something to enjoy outdoors. Perth also has an array of markets filled with delicious food and unique vintage goods. One of my favourite weekend activities is exploring 番茄社区Fremantle Markets, where I always discover something new and exciting.聽

Top 3 Aspects I Love about WA:聽

  1. Outdoor markets
  2. Stunning beaches
  3. Cultural diversity

Career Aspirations:聽

I have always been interested in 番茄社区behaviour of human beings, which ultimately led me to pursue a major in Human Resource Management. My previous experiences participating in various projects have provided me with substantial exposure to 番茄社区processes of recruitment, training, and member management within project teams, further solidifying my interest in this field.聽

Because HR is one of 番茄社区core departments in many organisations, I hope to gain experience working in a diverse range of industries. I find it fascinating how companies adapt to different fields and cultures, adjusting to various norms, communication styles, and business practices while staying true to their core identity.

As an international student, I am deeply committed to supporting fellow international students who face challenges in securing employment in a foreign country. In 番茄社区future, I aim to organise initiatives and programs designed to assist them in navigating 番茄社区complexities of 番茄社区job market and achieving their career aspirations.聽
